Amazon Fresh x Runamok

As part of the Amazon Fresh culinary innovations program, we partnered with leading Vermont maple syrup makers, Runamok. They pride themselves on being certified organic and certified bird-friendly by Audubon Vermont, and partner with family sugarmakers across the state to acquire the maple syrup to make their products. As part of a line extension for this winning collaboration, I designed the labels and packaging, and curated the photography.

At the first hint of spring, sap will begin to flow in the sugar maples of Vermont. This is the beginning of harvest, producing a gorgeous nectar that is the first golden delicate maple syrup of the season. Our first harvest produces a buttery, delicate maple flavor with notes of vanilla.

As the warm spring days increase, the sap from the sugar maples in Vermont begin to change in character, resulting in the darkest, richest flavored maple syrup from the last harvest. Our last harvest produces full notes of caramel and brown sugar.
