Amazon Fresh Grocery Delivery
In response to the global pandemic and it’s affect on safety within the grocery landscape, I wanted to feature a contactless delivery customer journey (inclusive of masks and social distancing) to help educate our customers on safety protocol and reassure them Fresh is a safe, trusted option. With careful consideration, I priced, planned and art directed this photo + video shoot from start to finish, engaging marketing partners across two continents and partnering with the Fresh social team.
I delivered authentic, documentary-style imagery inclusive of 3 unique customer segments in order to elevate Fresh as a brand and spark higher customer engagement. In an effort to remain relevant and maximize the use of these assets in a post-COVID world, our delivery person and customers were shown masked and unmasked.
